It is located in the North of the island of Ibiza, on the famous cliff od Na Xamena, in the municipality of San Juan de Labritjia, in the town of San Miguel. It is situated on top of a cliff and in a landscaped zone of interest for its lush native vegetation. It is 19 km from the city of Ibiza and the airport, and less than 5 minutes by car from the urban centre of San Miguel.
Villa Cap des Rubió has a capacity of 10 people. The property stands out for its modern finishes, keeping the essence of the traditional Ibizan architecture. The villa is distributed between a main house and a detached apartment. The main house is divided into 2 floors and offers a large living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with the latest appliances. It has a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds and bathrooms en suite, and a forth double bedroom with a truckle bed and en suite bathroom. In the detached apartment, there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a small living area.
Outside the house, guests can enjoy a garden area of 1.000 square meters, with a large swimming pool with endless borders and a solarium with outdoor furniture for outdoor celebration.

In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to concretize the hours.
