This fantastic villa is located two minutes drive from downtown San José and 8 minutes walk. It has maximum privacy, since it is built on a rural plot of 10,000 m2, located on the top of a mountain surrounded by nature and with magnificent views of the sea, the sunset, and the mountain.
In the area of the entrance we find a large area to park ten cars.
The house has 400 m2 distributed over two floors, on the ground floor we find a spacious living room with high vaulted ceilings and a large Ibicenco rustic style kitchen, fully equipped to prepare your breakfasts and meals, including dishwasher.
On the second floor there are five large rooms, all with their own bathroom, dressing room and air conditioning. Two of them have their own terrace, where you can sunbathe or enjoy the views. Two rooms have direct access to the pool. It has three bedrooms with double beds and two with two single beds.
On the terrace you can enjoy its large swimming pool with hammocks area, chill out area and barbecue. Parties are not allowed.
Prices include a set of bed linen and towels per week, gel and shampoo.
It does not include cleaning, although if you wish you can contract it in advance upon check-in.

A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.
Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.
In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to concretize the hours.

Refund of deposit: on the credit card after 48h of departure
Arrival after hours: Organize arrival with agency at destination. The entire reservation must be paid in advance
