Villa Can Caseres is a rustic Ibizan style property that preserves the essence of the island of Ibiza.
It is located in the East of the island of Ibiza, in the valley of S´Argentera. A 5 minutes ‘walk from the famous restaurant Cas Pagés, and a 5 minutes´ drive from the urban centre of Santa Eulalia del Río and 20 minutes from the city of Ibiza and the airport.
Villa Can Caseres is a complex of 2 houses with more than 500 years of history, completely renovated preserving its traditional Ibizan architecture in 2007. The property has a capacity for 14 people. The main house has two floors. From the main entrance, there is access to a large living room, to the left there is an independent bathroom and next to the bathroom, through a staircase, there is the double bedroom of the first floor. To the left, there is a double bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen equipped with the latest appliances and finally, two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The attached building is divided into a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, two of them with en suite bathrooms, and an independent bathroom.
Outdoor, there are native gardens of the island of Ibiza, a large swimming pool with solarium and sport facilities with tennis court, football field and basketball court.
The villa is ideal for groups of people travelling together that also want to have privacy.

A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.
Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.
In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to concretize the hours.

Refund of deposit: on the credit card after 48h of departure
Arrival after hours: Organize arrival with agency at destination. The entire reservation must be paid in advance
