The villa is divided into 3 floors and two floors. On the upper floor we find 3 double bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. On the lower floor we find a large living room with spectacular views of the bay of Sant Antoni de Portmany and a large kitchen, equipped with the latest generation appliances. In addition on this floor, we find two double bedrooms, each with two single beds and bathroom en suite. Finally on the lower floor we find a large private pool.
The entire property is fenced, in addition to having parking for up to 5 vehicles. The vegetation of the property is native to the island of Ibiza, so the house is perfectly embedded in the natural environment of the island of Ibiza.
